Business Support
Chris is a delightful human. His highly affable nature is matched by a skillful knowledge of the body and the benefits of massage and wellbeing. The online session he provided for my colleagues and I at The Trussell Trust was a massive hit, something I’m looking forward to replicating at my new place of work hopefully in person. Recommended without hesitation or equivocation. Brilliant all round. If you are considering a workplace activity or something to supplement an away day or just a treat to reward your teams give him a call.

We at Babbasa had the pleasure of Chris come to our office in Bristol to conduct a training session for us. It was very enlightening and helpful, some of the exercises really made a difference. Thank you Chris for a very informative session.

In our long history of providing help to the business community, these are some of the areas of concern that we have encountered and helped solve:
Productivity
We can help you improve employee engagement, boost concentration, productivity, and creativity. Recognising the importance of personal well-being in the workplace can increase employee morale, making them feel valued and cared for, which in turn creates a positive and productive work environment.
More than 15.4 million working days are lost as a result of stress, anxiety and depression (HSE)
Customer Confidence
Having staff that are engaged and working at the top of their game will foster an atmosphere of confidence and reliability that your customers will value.
Depression is the leading cause of disability worldwide (WHO)
Reduced Absenteeism
A decrease in the number of sick days taken due to mental health issues can indicate that employees are better equipped to manage their wellbeing, leading to lower costs associated with absenteeism and improved continuity in workflow.
Enhanced Employee Retention
Retaining top talent is crucial for businesses, and providing support for mental health and wellbeing can contribute to higher employee satisfaction and loyalty, reducing turnover rates and associated recruitment and training costs.
Improved morale and engagement
Positive changes in employee morale, satisfaction, and engagement levels can be indicative of the success of mental health initiatives. This can lead to a more positive work environment, better teamwork, and increased collaboration.
Decreased healthcare costs
By addressing mental health issues proactively, businesses may see a reduction in healthcare expenses related to mental health treatments, counselling, and medication.
Health and Safety: Duty of care
Prevent long-term physical and mental health issues, thereby reducing sickness absences. Staying ahead in health and wellness benefits can also help businesses meet or exceed occupational health and safety regulations.
Better wellbeing at work has an overall ROI of £2.37 for every £1 invested. (Public Health England)
This holistic approach to employee benefits can create a more resilient, motivated and efficient workforce, directly contributing to your business’s bottom line.
We aim to show you that investing in your people will provide you with a positive return on investment (ROI).
Here are some of the ways we can help:
Massage for your business
Massage is recognised as an effective way of looking after your colleagues mental health and wellbeing. We offer flexible care packages to suit your organisation, whatever its size.
We will come to your business or office, each person is dealt with individually. We massage whilst they are in a seated position, and through clothes, performing pressure point massage, relieving tension and pain and aiding their ongoing mental health.
Our main focus is to support mental health first aiders and HR departments by giving you and your colleagues physical pain relief, balance and peace. We work on the hands and arms, back, neck, hips and head, and provide deep stretches. You and your colleagues will emerge from sessions with a feeling of alert relaxation, motivated and ready to work with less physical and mental distractions.
Pain Pitstop (30 mins)
Our pressure point check-up where we can boost energy and aid tired muscles. Whilst not a bespoke care package, it still provides a great start to a journey of wellbeing.
Energise and Build Resilience (40 mins)
Our most recommended treatment. Your MassageChris therapist provides time to fully tailor the session to an individual’s personal pain points. We educate them in techniques to help themselves feel better.
Balanced and motivated (60 - 90 mins)
60-90 mins in which we provide both mental health and physical techniques to achieve even deeper relaxation. Showing clients how to help themselves to prolong the benefits. This is ideal for directors and key workers.
Workshops
Pro-active prevention – in person or remotely delivered.
During a 45-minute workshop we can show groups of 5-20 people the moves that they can perform themselves to relieve tension and anxiety and these are reinforced with our YouTube videos. This high impact workshop saves organisations time by delivering to groups whilst still showing good-will towards employees.
Return to Work
This service provides help to individuals who have been off work for over 6 weeks by way of a home visit to discuss their needs and anxieties. We aim to help rebuild confidence and resilience alongside practical help to ensure a quicker return to their role. This can form part of a phased return to work policy in conjunction with your HR department.
Events
Impress your delegates by providing a unique experience at your event. Offering massage services in a designated relaxation area can help guests unwind, recharge and fully appreciate the entertainment and atmosphere. Massage therapy can be a real talking point at your event and will leave your customers or colleagues feeling truly valued.
