At MassageChris we can provide workshops to show your colleagues how they can help themselves. Make your Mental Health First Aiders more effective and aid a Flexible Working Life for everyone. We are also offering wonderful chair massage to physically support the whole team or business.

We come to your home or chosen location, giving you time to relax and enjoy your treatment without need to travel. We work through your clothes, Our aim is to help you feel better and to give you clarity and peace.

Positive Pain Management for a Happier You!
At MassageChris we aim to help as many people as possible with this streamlined service, we show 4 to 10 moves depending on the length of the session. We can deliver these moves to many people at once, 12 – 20 is about right as it allows me to see how each person is getting on and encourage them in real time.

We are following all the Covid guidelines still.
When starting each day all the therapists at MassageChris check their temperatures, the massage chairs are thoroughly disinfected. We will check before coming to see you and ensure you are comfortable before we start. If you have questions or concerns please get in touch, your safety and piece of mind is paramount.

I used to use Chris’ massage skills 20+ years ago when I was seriously into powerlifting and playing regular rugby. The relief my tired and sore muscles used to receive from Chris’ deep tissue massage was incredible and I used to feel reset after each appointment and ready for more punishment from training. When I moved away from the area 20 years ago, we lost touch and I had to battle on without my regular treatment.

Chris has been my massage therapist for over 10 years now and I would never even contemplate seeing anyone else. He has an unconscious understanding of how the body works and conveys it perfectly through his massage technique.
I first started seeing him after going to a chiropractor who didn’t seem to make any difference to the pains in my back. After seeing Chris for a few weeks, he made more of an impact than anyone else ever had. Since then I have periodically visited him for specific ailments, which he has always alleviated; for example, bad sciatica, back injuries etc. He intuitively knows where the pain is just by looking at how I stand; I don’t have to tell him anything.
